Frank Wanye is a second year computer science PhD student at Virginia Tech. He is a a graduate research assistant at the Synergy Lab, led by Dr. Wu Feng. His research interests include parallel and distributed computing, graph processing, and big data. His current research project involves optimizing and parallelizing an algorithm for graph clustering for giant datasets.
Outside of research, Frank enjoys reading, sports, video games, art, and learning to play the keyboard.
